All NOA products are shipped from Serbia. We deliver worldwide with trusted carriers and offer both standard and express delivery options.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the checkout total.
In what currency will I be charged, and why is my receipt in Cyrillic?
All NOA transactions are currently processed in Serbian dinars (RSD), in accordance with Serbian regulations. Your final checkout amount and fiscal receipt will appear in RSD, and your bank will automatically convert the total to your local currency using its current exchange rate.
All NOA products are produced and shipped from Serbia. When coming up with a brand I wanted to make sure it’s available in my home country, which is why our shipping centre is there. As required by Serbian law, the official fiscal receipt is issued in Cyrillic - a legal formality that does not affect the validity of your purchase, payment, or delivery in any way.
